Frequently asked questions

What is Track My Ship?

Track My Ship is a free website for checking the status of parcels sent with Indian courier companies. Enter the tracking (AWB / consignment) number and it shows the latest status, the scan history and the parcel's route on a map, in one place for several couriers.

Is Track My Ship a courier company?

No. Track My Ship is an independent tracking website. It does not book, carry or deliver parcels and is not affiliated with the couriers listed. The courier that carries your parcel is responsible for delivering it.

How do I track my parcel?

Type the tracking number into the box at the top of the page and press Track. The courier is detected from the number when possible; if not, choose it from the courier list and try again.

Which couriers can I track here?

DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Speed Post (India Post), Trackon, The Professional Couriers, ST Courier, Shree Maruti, Shree Anjani, Shree Tirupati and other couriers shown in the courier list.

Do I need an account to track a parcel?

No. Tracking is free and needs no sign-up or login. Only the tracking number is required.

Can I track a parcel without a tracking number?

Not on Track My Ship — the courier's tracking number is needed. If you don't have it, check the seller's shipping SMS or email or your order page, or ask the person who sent the parcel.

Where does the tracking information come from?

From the courier. Track My Ship fetches the scans the courier publishes, through a tracking data provider, and shows them as they are. It cannot change a delivery or the information the courier provides.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Couriers add a scan when a parcel is handled at a hub or branch, so there can be gaps of several hours, or longer on long road journeys. If nothing changes for 48 hours, contact the courier or the sender with your tracking number.
